Where mindfulness meets the lens: Noticing the unseen

Seeing the unnoticed, one frame at a time

Hi, I’m an amateur photographer with a love for noticing the world around me. For me, taking photos is a bit like meditation—I slow down, stay present, and see what’s really there.

I’m drawn to the little things that often get overlooked: a shadow on the pavement, the way light hits a leaf, a quiet moment in the middle of a busy day. Photography helps me look past first impressions and discover what’s beneath or behind the surface. It’s an exercise in being present; noticing what usually slips past, and meeting reality as it is.

Shutterbug is my place to share those moments. Not perfect shots, just honest ones—tiny reminders that beauty and meaning are always nearby if we pause long enough to notice.
